Individual Coaching, $200/hour

We offer a range of coaching services, from a one-hour commitment-free coaching session to discuss your strengths, to package options for ongoing support as you work towards accomplishing your goals.
Executive Coaching, $300/hour
The best managers boost individual and team performance by focusing on strengths. In fact, nearly 7 in 10 employees who say their manager focuses on their strengths are engaged in their work. We offer one-hour coaching sessions that focus on the leader’s individual strengths and how those strengths can best be used to motivate and manage a team. A minimum of three coaching sessions is required.
